How’s Your Progress?

So, how is your progress? We are all in different stages, but just need to keep advancing. Are you working on making that next step? If not, what is holding you back?

So many things can get in the way. Family, kids, work, time, money, frustration, hopelessness, depression, lack of knowledge. There are certainly more that I could list. But, what is holding you back?

I find two things help me stay (mostly) on track. First is my current amazing feeling of health, energy and my smaller waistline. Second, my anticipation of reaching my goal weight, my absolutely low body fat. EVEN SO, I’ve still deviated, and eaten things I shouldn’t have. I simply note it, and get back on track. If you have stumbled, if one day you decided to eat a gallon of ice cream and a huge box of Girl Scout cookies or even if it was a month long spree – today is a new day. This minute is a new minute. Just start again.

The most important thing?

KEEP ON GOING!

That is what I care about the most. That you succeed. That you change your life. That you get healthy, and stay healthy for the rest of your life.
